Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum order required. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or additional service costs. If any shipping promotions or conditions change, they will be clearly stated on this page before you place your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends and Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
All times shown are in Eastern Time (Toronto), which observes daylight saving time.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days
- Transit time: 7 to 12 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Carrier Services
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status online.

Shipping Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Failed and Undeliverable Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping and reshipping costs. These fees will be deducted from any refund or charged before the order is reshipped.
Customs and Duties
As we ship only within Canada, no customs duties or import fees apply to your order.
Returns and Damaged Orders
