Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days
- Transit time: 7 to 12 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 14 business days
Orders placed after 8:00 PM EST or on weekends and Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada with no minimum order required.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to locate your package or find a resolution.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update your address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional return and reshipping costs may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all accessories included. All returns must be approved by our customer support team before sending any items back. For full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us at support@lanzadecor.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Ship the item using the instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Final processing times may vary by 3 to 10 additional business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact our customer support team for instructions.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
Orders & Payment
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
Yes. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
What currency are your prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
