At Lanza Decor, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Each item in our store is carefully selected for its design, durability, and craftsmanship.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

All purchases from Lanza Decor are covered by a 30-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery. During this period, if your product arrives with a defect, damage, or does not match its description, we will work with you to resolve the issue through one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same item, subject to availability
  • A full refund to your original payment method

To report a product issue, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected item.

What Is Covered

  • Products that arrive damaged or broken during shipping
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Products that are significantly different from the description or images on our website

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
  • Products that have been altered or modified after delivery
  • Items marked as non-returnable on their product pages
  • Issues reported after the 30-day window has closed

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps within 1 to 2 business days.

This warranty is offered by Lanza Decor and applies to all products purchased directly from our website at https://lanzadecor.com. It does not extend to products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces.

This warranty does not limit or exclude your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. You may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
