Lanza Decor didn't start in a boardroom or with a business plan. It started in my father's small décor shop, where he taught me that a well-chosen piece can change the way a room feels.

Growing up, I spent my days helping him run the store. He'd send me to visit customers in their homes — measuring spaces, understanding what they needed, and learning that good décor isn't just about how something looks. It's about how it fits into someone's life. When a piece arrived broken, I was the one sent to make it right. When a customer had a tricky corner or an unusual wall, I was the one with the tape measure.

Those years gave me something no course or textbook could — a real understanding of what people want from their living spaces, and the care it takes to get it right.
